The mystery of Trinity is hard to grasp with our rational mind. The communion of the Trinity God with us is difficult to describe in our experience. Today, I suddenly think the other way round, what happen if the Trinity is not present in my life? Very often we won’t treasure the things once they are there, only if they suddenly disappear would we treasure their importance.

Imagine:

If God is not loving us anymore...
If He doesn’t care for His creation and let it live or die…
If He no longer provides our needs…
If He lifts His protection to us and leaves us in danger…
If He does not listen to our prayers no matter how hard we cry…
If He withdraw his words said in the Bible…
If Jesus did not come to die and save us…
If Jesus did not come to teach us and show us how God is like…
If Jesus does not pray for us…
If the Holy Spirit does not dwell into our bodies…
If the Holy Spirit does not rebuke our conscience…
If the Holy Spirit does not lead us to the truth…

If the Trinity has nothing to do with us….

What a miserable experience it is if God is not with us. We cannot afford anyone of the above to be true. By thinking this way, now I know how precious it is to have God with me.

Thank you Father, Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit to be with me.

The concept of trinity is hard to understand by most adults. Why don't we listen to an eight years old girl's insight from God regarding trinity when she read today's scripture.

God's big idea from 2 Corithians 13:14 on Trinity - God loves us through Jesus and the Holy Spirit.

The truth is revealed to those pure in heart. It may not be very theologically sounded, but it reminds me Jesus' teaching that we should be like children in order to enter the kingdom of God.

When I was reading the passage, totally missed the Trinity point (not until I read the core value statement ... haha) .. What caught me the most is the last sentence that God is always with us 常與我同在~~

God's presence with me is very important, important to my every day life, and something that I really treasure. Reading the sentence over and over, I fell into a review mode ... reviewing past incidences where I experienced God's presence deeply, and I just can't stop giving thanks to this Almighty yet loving God!! You are so BIG and powerful, yet you are also so small and caring, paying attention to every details of our lives. Thank you, Lord!! You are awesome!

Having read the core value statement ... start thinking about the trinity... It then revealed to me that God is with us every minute, everywhere and in every "form" (through blessings, loving/caring, and reminding/rebuking) through his trinity.

I agree that the idea of the Triune God is difficult to grasp - God is 3 person yet one entity. The insight I received upon reflection is how God reassures us of his presence through the characteristics of the Trinity. In Jesus, he taught us how to act in our daily lives by his example on earth and his teachings. Through the Spirit, he constantly whisper to us in all things we do. And in the Father, he embraces us in his love. The Triune God is integrated into every fiber of our lives.

In the end, in all that we do, how can we not we acknowledge him?
